For Easter this year, I made dessert. I made what was supposed to be a two-layer cake into a three-layer cake and cemented the layers together with lemon curd. Then I made a coconut cream cheese icing and covered the cake. After that, even though I don't have a picture, I covered the whole thing in shaved coconut. It was rich and yummy and moist and awesome

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board.
